September 21, 1996: It doesn't get any closer to bone stock than this unless you've hidden it in a garage like a nerd!
Original owner Arizona vehicle with 153,000 daily driven miles. 50/50 gobi beige, gold vinyl interior, strato-bucket seats, body side moulding, and AM pushbutton radio. Built during last two weeks of of 1970 model year production cycle (June of '70). It gets an average of 13mpg on a steady diet of Texaco unleaded 89 Octane.

But Wait! There's More: It's absolutely loaded with a 350/300 HP 10.25:1 engine with 380 ft. lbs. of torque @ 3200RPM (with Quadrajet 4 bbl. carb.), Turbo-Hydra-matic automatic transmission, power steering, Four Season air conditioning, and SS Performance Package (which includes tachometer, center console and gauges, heavy duty suspension, and power brakes). Owner "modifications" are a coolant overflow reservoir, rear air shocks, ignition kill switch, low RPM alternator circuit, silicon spark plug wires, and a 60 W 4-speaker Kenwood AM/FM cassette player (but I'm keeping that).

Still not satisfied? It also comes with the original owner's manual, window sticker, Protect-o-Plate, and spare tire and jack! This car came with all these options stock; all numbers match. This car is probably the most wanted Nova in Tucson and an easy candidate for full restoration. Of course, it all sounds too good to be true, right? I'll be honest with you: through no fault of its own it was in a minor accident.
